Bondry Consulting advised the Indiana Finance Authority on financing a $27.8 million project to create a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient charter high school for Matchbook Learning Schools of Indiana in Indianapolis. The project repurposes two warehouses into a high school and vocational center, serving 280 students.

Bondry structured $20.5 million in bonds to meet the project’s financial needs, aligning them with $5.3 million in DOE grants and $2.13 million in ESSER funds. Bondry also coordinated stakeholders and ensured compliance with financial and sustainability goals.
