Bondry Consulting served as Developer Consultant for the $43.5 million Mishawaka Sports Facility, a 230,000-square-foot fieldhouse designed to boost youth sports and regional economic growth. Projected to generate $65–$80 million annually, the facility positions Mishawaka as a top sports tourism destination. Bondry’s expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) and financial structuring ensured the project’s financial sustainability.
Bondry’s Role
Bondry Consulting assisted Card & Associates in structuring Taxable Economic Development Lease Rental Revenue Bonds and securing funding through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) revenues, grants, and tax contributions. The firm created a repayment model using TIF, operational income, and innkeepers' tax pledges to minimize risk and ensure bond marketability.
